Each dish showcased a meticulous blend of creativity and technique, with chefs elevating traditional vegetarian ingredients into masterpieces of modern cuisine. From exquisitely plated appetizers to indulgent mains and desserts, every element was thoughtfully curated to reflect the season’s spirit of joy and togetherness.

Fresh, Vibrant, Wholesome

The experience began with Chef Anirudha’s vibrant fruit platter, a visually stunning and refreshing medley that showcased the natural brilliance of seasonal produce. The delicate balance of peaches, tart Granny Smith apples, exotic dragon fruit, zesty grapefruit, and aromatic Thai lychee provided a tantalizing introduction, awakening the senses and perfectly setting the stage for the remarkable meal that followed. Each fruit was carefully selected for its unique flavour profile and freshness, creating a harmonious and invigorating start to this exceptional culinary journey.

Pasha: Scenic, Savoury
Chef Piyush

From Pasha, Chef Piyush’s meticulously crafted vegetarian platter offered a delightful symphony of textures and flavours, each element thoughtfully designed to provide a sensory experience.

The highlights of this exquisite selection included the crisp and perfectly spiced Mattar aur Pitthiwali Aloo ki Tikki, which offered a satisfying crunch, alongside the smoky, charred notes of Lal Mirch ka Paneer Tikka that tantalized the palate. The rich, aromatic Bharwa Khumb Peshawari, with its indulgent filling, stood as a testament to the depth of Indian culinary craftsmanship, while the indulgent Malai Broccoli added a luxurious, creamy touch. Each dish beautifully celebrated the diversity and elegance of traditional Indian cuisine, showcasing the heritage and innovation that defines the restaurant’s culinary philosophy.

Alto Vino: Tasty, Cosy
Chef Girish

Chef Girish at Alto Vino brought a touch of Italian elegance to the table with his Asparagus Ravioli and Parmesan Foam, a dish that exemplified the artistry of Italian fine dining.

The delicate, handmade ravioli, filled with tender asparagus, offered a harmonious balance of textures, while the rich, velvety Parmesan foam added a layer of creamy depth and umami. The dish, with its earthy notes and luxurious mouth feel, captured the essence of Italian cuisine—simple yet refined—demonstrating Chef Girish’s mastery in marrying traditional flavours with contemporary presentation. It was a true celebration of Italy’s culinary heritage, elevated with a sophisticated twist.

Tao Fu: Authentic, Tranquil
Chef Anuj

Tao Fu’s Edamame Truffle Dim Sum, masterfully crafted by Chef Anuj, was a standout dish that impressed with its flawless execution and luxurious flavour profile.

The delicate, translucent dumplings encased a smooth, nutty filling of edamame, which was expertly complemented by the aromatic richness of truffle oil. The subtle earthy undertones of truffle enhanced the natural sweetness of the edamame, creating a refined balance that lingered elegantly on the palate. This dish was a testament to Chef Anuj’s skill in elevating traditional dim sum with a sophisticated, contemporary twist, offering a truly indulgent experience for the senses.

Spice Kitchen: Bold, Rich
Chef Bhuralal

Next arrived Papad Ki Kadhi with Paratha by Chef Bhuralal, a dish that was a testament to his culinary genius.

The kadhi, with its velvety yogurt base infused with the crunch of roasted papad, offered a symphony of tangy, smoky, and spicy notes that danced on the palate. Paired with a warm, flaky desi ghee ka paratha, it was pure comfort food elevated to art. Each bite carried the unmistakable touch of Chef Bhuralal’s mastery—transforming traditional flavors into an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

PBC: Casual Flavourful
Pastry Chef Vikas

The meal culminated in two stellar desserts created by Chef Vikas perfectly encapsulated the essence of indulgence and refinement.

Chef Vikas’s decadent Tiramisu, a timeless Italian classic, was a masterful creation, with layers of rich mascarpone and delicate coffee-soaked sponge that melted effortlessly in the mouth, offering a balanced sweetness and depth of flavour.

Complementing this was Chef Sachin’s exquisite Pain Suisse, paired with a velvety cappuccino. The buttery, flaky pastry filled with sweet cream provided a sublime texture, while the warm cappuccino brought a comforting, aromatic finish to the meal. This indulgent finale was the perfect end to a remarkable dining experience, leaving a lasting impression of both elegance and satisfaction.
