The ambiance at Spice Kitchen radiated holiday charm, immersing guests in the magic of Christmas with meticulous attention to detail. It appeared as the air was filled with the scent of fresh pine and subtle holiday spices, enhancing the festive allure.

The soft, ambient lighting danced off delicately hung stars and garlands, creating an intimate and enchanting setting. Every corner of the space resonated with the joyous spirit of the season, inviting guests to revel in its warmth. The gentle hum of festive music and the cheerful chatter of diners further enhanced the atmosphere, making the evening not just a meal but a celebration of togetherness and holiday cheer. As decided to be a vegetarian diner, the experience was deeply satisfying for me.

The carving station, vocalising Giant Turkey and a Roast Piglet, led by the skilled Pranav Sangle, was a display of craftsmanship. His precision and attention to detail elevated every carved dish into a culinary work of art, impressing guests with both presentation and flavour.


The buffet was nothing short of a gastronomic spectacle, a dazzling showcase of culinary mastery that catered to the most discerning palates. Stretching like an artist’s canvas, it featured a sumptuous array of global cuisines alongside beloved Indian specialties, each dish telling its own flavourful story.

The Indian offerings were a celebration of tradition and technique, with succulent tikkas grilled to perfection, aromatic curries simmering in rich spices, and freshly baked naans that paired beautifully with every bite. Meanwhile, the international selection transported guests across continents—delicate creations that tasted of the ocean and earth, curated charcuterie platters artfully arranged with the finest cheeses and meats, and vibrant salads bursting with freshness and colour.

Every dish was a masterpiece, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, from the delicate garnishes to the vibrant hues that made the spread almost too beautiful to eat. Each bite revealed the skill and creativity of the culinary team, blending flavours with precision and flair. It wasn’t just a buffet—it was an invitation to indulge in the art of gastronomy, where every plate promised a moment of joy and discovery.


Desserts: A Sweet Symphony


The dessert station, curated by Head Bakery Chef Vikas and his associate Chef Umesh, was the epitome of festive indulgence.

The Stollen Cake, Plum Cake, and Xmas Pudding embodied the spirit of Christmas, with their rich, spiced flavours and perfect textures. Each bite evoked warmth and nostalgia, a testament to the expertise of the team.

The station also featured intricate creations from Chefs Mihika, Anupama, Sakshi, Aditi, and Ganpat. The array of macaroons, chocolate sculptures, and delicate pastries was a visual and culinary delight, blending artistry with tradition.


The dessert section was undoubtedly the crown jewel of the evening, a dazzling tribute to the essence of traditional Christmas indulgence. A feast for the eyes as much as the palate, it offered a glorious array of sweet creations that embodied both nostalgia and artistry.

Executive Chef Mihir Kane and his exceptional team showcased their culinary prowess with a menu that was as diverse as it was impeccably executed. The balance they struck between variety and unwavering quality was a testament to their expertise and passion for the craft.

From the seamless flow of dishes to the timely refills of glasses, everything was orchestrated with precision and grace. Their ability to maintain the festive energy of the evening while ensuring the highest standards of service reflected both expertise and passion.


The team’s smiles, polite gestures, and unwavering commitment to excellence transformed the evening from a dinner to a heartfelt celebration, leaving guests not only delighted but deeply appreciated. It was this human touch that turned the extraordinary into the unforgettable.


The service team, led by Restaurant Manager Rajan Khurana, demonstrated impeccable professionalism and warmth. Assistants Nikhil, Abhishek, and Ajay ensured seamless service with their attentive and intuitive approach. Mixologists Chenam, Arjun, Akshay, Gaurav, and Suraj added a creative touch to the evening with expertly crafted beverages that complemented the meal beautifully.


Special thanks to Pravin Thorat, Lizahzi, Deep, Arjun, and Kshitij for their support, which ensured every detail of the dining experience was executed flawlessly. The harmonious coordination and genuine hospitality of the team transformed the evening into a celebration of effortless luxury.

The success of the event was firmly anchored by the exceptional efforts of those steering the operation, each contributing their expertise to ensure a flawless and unforgettable evening. The leadership of Mr. Gautam, the Operations Manager, was pivotal in coordinating the intricate details of the event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His ability to anticipate and address any challenge with poise and efficiency created an atmosphere where both guests and staff could fully enjoy the festivities.


Mr. Piyush, the Director of Food and Beverage Operations, played a central role in curating an unparalleled dining experience. His vision for the evening was reflected in every bite, sip, and interaction, blending culinary excellence with impeccable service. His strategic direction and hands-on involvement ensured that the entire team executed their tasks with precision, delivering a seamless experience for every guest.


Equally instrumental were Mr. Tripathi, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Operations, and Mr. Negi, the Director of Restaurants, whose behind-the-scenes leadership was crucial to the event’s success. Their dedication to excellence in service and attention to every detail ensured that the dining experience was both exceptional and consistent. Each one’s commitment to perfection was not only visible in their direct contributions but also in the way their teams worked harmoniously, creating an evening that was a true celebration of hospitality and refinement.
