It emerged to be a very distinctive evening when while entering this specific restaurant I had observed the Full Moon. The amiable and appealing Hostess was there to welcome who did a brilliant job with her smile. There was an alternative … sit outside in the open or take pleasure in meals indoors. The complete décor was lovely that looked cozy and comfortable, simple yet stylish with exquisite dynamics. Diffused lights in Reds and Blues elevated the Main Theme superbly.

It was by all accounts a Celebration of Starters, so five six diverse items were to be ordered.
Choice was adequately large and it was a bit demanding to decide what to order and what to leave! Ultimately, the order was placed that was taken by RM himself and one of his team members. The Non-veg and Veg Sushi Platter in the very opening was appreciably impressive to look at. The presentation of both varieties was wonderfully enormous as both had assortments of appetizing Sushi resting in a wooden Boat that represented River Mekong.

It was certainly a delight to test and taste dumplings that had a scrumptious filling of tofu, shiitake and chestnuts, flavored with Hoi sin, Soy and mild seasonings. Crunchy Crystal Dumplings were likewise great. It was amazing to have Shiitake, Oyster and Shimeji - three different mushrooms stylishly wrapped in a delicate rice noodle rolls that went magically remarkable with a seasoned soya sauce. Three Style Mushrooms Cheung was without doubt a show stealer. Whether it was Prawns Hargo or Chicken Chives, they had unmatched and unparalleled taste and flavor that went so very well the accompanied sauces. Starters were unquestionably splendid and superlative. Lime Passion Ice Tea that carries sweet tanginess and which appears ‘just the thing’ on a sunny afternoon, did have a very uplifting upshot as it contained fresh passion fruit pulp, green tea leaves and fresh lime juice. And yes…!!! Sula Rose Brut, the Indian Bubbly that was dry, a bit acetic and fruity (to me Peachy) did pair well with whatever was ordered. The most importantly, we diners were grateful to three Head Chefs in Command, Nikesh (Wok), Chung (Sushi), Dim-sum (Kunal) and their assistants who effortlessly won hearts and achieved immense accolades for their far-fetched perfection. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Zigme (RM), Kevin (ARM), Kiran and other Service Team Members in the Dining room who collectively and individually did a amazing job with their expert service skills.

The Spoilers unfortunately were… (1) Music - the track being played was full of Abusive Words. Candidly speaking, the Music played otherwise also wasn’t jellying at all with the overall product. (2) Chopsticks - Since guests do not know how to use chopsticks, Silver (knife and fork) is the obvious preference but if we are going to use chopsticks, they can never be metallic or have metal coating. In Chinese Cuisine, no metal is used as it spoils the original taste of the dish. (3) The oversized Wooden Boats that carried Assortments of Sushi demanded compelling adjustments and clearance between the covers. But then the above mentioned could be very well uncared for as the inclusive product was evidently up to the mark. F&B items enlisted in the Bill of Fare were incredibly desirable. Quality and Quantity both were unbeatable and the Service was tremendously commendable. Do visit this Eatery. Folks of Mekong Folks have a lot to offer and that too with love, care and concern. I would certainly be returning to try a few Signatures soon. Kudos! (DWF - Don’t Waste Food)
