A dish consisting of vinegared rice combined with an assortment of ingredients such as raw or cooked seafood, vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits - we all know it is Sushi, the most preferred Japanese delicacy.

Frankly speaking, it is forever a pricey affair to visit a Sushi Bar essentially because of three reasons. First, expert and experienced craftsmanship involved in its preparation. Second, immense imagination required for its plating and presentation and third, the obvious qualitative nature taken for granted.

Seriously speaking, the most significant requirement, however, is one. Sushi must have in abundance delicate taste and flavour. It must be loved independent of complimenting sauces. Accompaniments are expected merely to lift up the taste further, making Sushi better than the best.

Take my advice… before going to some new place, do adequate exploration. Do not get misled with images shared. Do not get impressed by appreciative two liners mentioned by diners.

It was regrettably so very shattering to uncover that fresh qualitative ingredients were conceivably not in use when we know the basic fact that FRESHNESS is essential for the best sushi experience. Since smell is almost nonexistent when Sushi is served, it is the visual magnetism that augments the appetite. The colors, textures, and arrangement of Sushi on the plate add to the overall experience. The presentation failed to have correct creativity. Soy Sauce and Wasabi were served to enhance the flavors but I did miss my favorite Pickled Ginger. I wish it was served too.

The non-alcoholic beverage served was Bland. The only plus point was… two leaves of fresh mint that tasted pleasant.

Visit to this specific Sushi Bar close to JW, Pune (name censored) was not something worth to talk about. Maybe next time I will have to try some other items but then I do need some time.

Would I be visiting this Eatery again? Keep guessing! :-) :-) :-)
